You can slap a fancy jacket on a girl, but you can’t get rid of her spunk!  Here Jackie is wearing what seems to be a business-casual ensemble replete with gold costume jewelry and fancy black trim.  Always the ham, this spirited lady won’t let such a stuffy look change her attitude.  With her arms akimbo and her expressions morphing every millisecond, Jackie makes sure all eyes are on her-and not just for her outfit!  Note Roseanne’s comparatively austere sailor nurse outfit:  Jackie knows how to work off her sister’s drab dress and steal the show!
