Being surrounded by a harem of bossy broads really takes a toll on a guy’s masculinity.  Perhaps in an effort to bolster his waning sense of manliness, Mark has decided to grow a butch goatee and start sporting more cowhide.  This way, at the very least, he looks manly when he gets pushed around by the women in his life.
